Our Distinctive DNA (Values)

Over the past six years our mission has remained the same...

...to connect people to Jesus, each other & God's purposes.

...it's all about helping people find their way back to God.

1. NO PERFECT PEOPLE

We value authenticity.  Nobody likes a poser.  We refuse to pretend to be something we're not.

2. COME AS YOU ARE...

We value unconditional loving relationships.  Jesus doesn't expect people to have it all figured out and neither do we.

3. ...DON'T STAY AS YOU ARE

We value transformation.  While Jesus accepts people right where they are He always challenges them to grow in their relationship with God and others.

4. "I'M SORRY WE'RE OUT OF THAT," IS UNACCEPTABLE

We value intentionality.  Nobody enjoys showing up at a resturant where the staff is lazy and unprepared.  The same thing is true when people are showing up for a spiritual meal.  We are committed to intentionally preparing for guests every week.

5. PLAY THAT FUNKY MUSIC

We value cultural relevance.  We think that your experience in church should be more like 2011 than 1911.  So you'll hear music and language that people acutally use in real life, not just a bunch of "churchy" music and talk.

6. MAKEING THE BIBLE BORING IS A SIN

We value crative biblical preaching and teaching.  Church should be one of the most exciting parts of your week, not the most dreaded.

7. WE'RE A BUNCH OF SELLOUTS

We value a 100% commitment to Jesus. We are sold out to the gospel of Jesus and the potential that lies in each of us when our lives are centered around Christ.

8. PUT ME IN COACH

We value developing leaders.  We believe in giving people an opportunity to lead and a coach to help them.  This means we value developing leaders of all ages and shapes, not just those who are mature or already developed.
